Terms of Use

ClientFlows provides online booking, calendar, client-management, availability, earnings and analytics tools for service businesses, plus a public booking page for each business's customers. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. The Free plan is provided at no cost with reduced limits.

You agree not to use ClientFlows to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• send spam or unsolicited marketing;
• store or transmit malicious code;
• attempt to access other businesses' data or disrupt the service.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

ClientFlows is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
